The lobby had a unique oriental style, but the fresh paint smell caused headaches, leading us to check out early.

It was fairly clean, everyone was accommodating. It was near to another restaurant where wifi was better, shopping places and the store, marvellous location overall. We had a very comfortable stay at this hip new hotel...

The hotel's position was convenient, not far from food and shopping places, other facilities, and many restaurants. We were met by extremely helpful, excellent personnel.

The lobby was excellent and inviting.

My assigned room was already occupied when I arrived, awkward as I stood at the door trying to figure things out. To top it off, the pancake maker at breakfast didn't work, leaving my cheer team disappointed and hungry.

The location was comfortable and great, in the middle of jackson! Everybody was helpful and excellent. The room was super comfy and with comfy beds.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little indifferent.

Spacious room, convenient location, including free Wi-Fi, made my stay enjoyable, particularly with the proximity to the nearest airport being just 10 miles away.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a nice sized desk for work tasks. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and dining options, beneficial for travelers.

The cute lobby features various game options and plenty of seating, awesome for a fun gathering spot. Breakfast offers satisfying choices, with a good variety of options, ensuring a decent start to the day. The large room was sparsely furnished, lacking essential furniture pieces for comfort, and it had a strong odor from new paint that caused headaches. The room was on the second floor while accessible rooms typically are located on the first floor, inconvenient for those needing mobility assistance.

Super clean Rooms and Really good breakfast Options

The room was super clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh options and coffee available throughout the day, which I really appreciated. And shopping and dining options close by was a major plus.

The lobby welcomes you with a fresh and modern design. Plenty of seating and game options make it a great spot to hang out. Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh pastries and healthy options. My room was spacious and clean, with a nice TV and very comfortable bedding. Staff members were helpful when I had questions. The location is perfect, close to various shops and dining options. I wished the pancake maker worked as expected, a letdown for our cheer team since we were looking forward to having pancakes. Checking in was awkward when two of the assigned rooms were already occupied. A more attentive front desk would help avoid such issues. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay overall.
